Booking Your Session
-Fill out the form on the Contact page, email me at haley@haleyjohnsonphotography.com, or send me a message on my Facebook or Instagram page!
-We’ll talk about what you’d like for your session as well as time and location. If you’re unsure of a location, don’t worry! I have a few go-to locations that you can choose from and we’ll figure out the best one for you!
-After we have your date, time and location set, I will email you a contract where you’ll sign it digitally, which then updates automatically in my system. I will also then email you an invoice to pay the non-refundable retainer online to hold the day just for you! Once payment is received, you will be put on my calendar and booking is complete! No need to pay the remainder amount until the day before or day of the session, where I’ll also send out an invoice for that, too.
If you have any questions, or your plans change, contact me again and we’ll figure it out! Your retainer can be moved to another available day twice before needing to completely re-book your session and pay a new non-refundable retainer.

Standard sessions include, but not limited to:
-portraits
-family & kids

-maternity
-in-home newborn*
-birthdays or other special occasion
-cake smash
-milestone photos of your 3 month, 6 month, or 9 month old baby
-fresh 48 (in hospital)
* In-home newborn sessions will usually take place when your baby is 3-10 days old. I will capture the real and raw life with a newborn right in your home. I will bring the required equipment and photograph you with your newborn doing everyday things from feeding your baby, rocking your baby to sleep or just snuggles on the sofa. I will be utilizing natural window light for most shots. I also have a small collection of beautiful blankets/fabric, head bows and props I can bring to get individual photos of your baby right in your home, too! Poses for you baby will be natural.
After Your Session
I will pick out the very best of the photos from your session and hand edit each one. My turnaround time is two weeks, but I usually have them finished a bit sooner.
You will be emailed a link to your gallery and given a PIN to download your high resolution digital images. Feel free to post your downloads on social media and share with family!
Your gallery is available for 3 months before being removed to save space. I highly recommend downloading, purchasing and backing up any photos you want before the expiration date.
In your gallery you can also favorite photos, purchase professional quality prints with the partnered lab or purchase additional digital images. Prints and canvases will have the most common options to choose from and I receive a portion of any sales.
You will be emailed a print release so you have the option to take your images to a different printing lab, too. If you choose to print your images with a different lab, I will not be responsible for the quality of the prints.
